Farm Visits and General 

Can I just stop in / Do you have hours?

We do not accept walk-ins; our farm is only open by appointment.

Can I book a private session / have a birthday party?

es, we offer the option of booking a private session for your group, be it a birthday, school trip, or just a get-together with friends. It can be any one of the events listed under our 'Goat Events' tab. Please send us an email for more information.

Do you sell goat milk?

Yes, but only for pet consumption.

When will reservations open?

Farm visits are temporarily closed until spring. All the mama goats are due in March 2024. Once all the kids are born, we will announce it to our newsletter community, then on social media, and update our website.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Our system currently doesn't support gift certificates due to the unique and seasonal nature of our farm events.

Where can I buy your products?

Farmers markets, our online store and a few local retailers, learn more here.

How do I buy tickets to visit the farm?

 Follow this link to our goat events tab. Then click the 'Register Here' button for the event you would like to attend

Do you rent your goats out for brush clearing?

Unfortunately, we don't rent out our goats for grazing as we prioritize their safety by keeping them on the farm.

How can I stay in the loop about the exciting upcoming events?

Tickets and Booking

Ticket requirements, how many does my group need?

Every guest aged 2 and above must have a ticket, without exceptions.   All visitors, whether actively participating, taking pictures, or just spectating, are required to have a ticket.

How do I buy tickets to visit the farm?

What are the recommended ages?

Our events are recommended for ages 5 and up, although children younger than 5 are allowed. If you're planning a visit in the spring, we highly recommend a Baby Goat Snuggle session over the bottle feeding session. For our yoga classes, ages 10 and up

Ticket transfers

In the event you can not attend an event you may sell or gift your tickets to another party. Our tickets are transferable. *Please be sure to make us aware of this and provide the contact information of the recipient. Please send information to info@thebubblygoat.com Failure to do so will render tickets void.

We do not accept walk-ins; our farm is only open by appointment, as we are not always hosting events and to ensure you come to the correct event.

Adding tickets after checkout

Extra tickets can be acquired based on availability. Please contact us in advance via info@thebubblygoat.com.

Updates, Notification & Cancellation

Guests will be updated via email 24-48 hours prior to the event on how the situation will be handled.

Please be sure to enter correct contact information.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is not permitted. Rescheduling can significantly affect other guests and removes desired slots from the calendar during our short season. As such, you can only reschedule if you make a request within 36 hours of your ticket purchase. Note that you can only reschedule within the same event type, and all tickets from a single purchase must be rescheduled together to the same time/date. Rescheduling is also subject to availability, and the farm cannot guarantee the desired slots.

Tickets

If an event is canceled, you can reschedule for the same event type on an available date or request a full refund within 5 business days. Failure to do so within 5 business days will void tickets. This policy ensures timely refunds and rescheduling during our short season

Cancellations by Guests

Not permitted. We can not cancel your tickets.

Refunds

All ticket sales are final. The farm does not issue refunds on tickets. Exceptions are made only if the farm cancels the event.

Inclement weather

Outdoor Events are held in varying weather conditions including light rain or snow. Outdoor events take place under a commercial canopy. Events will be canceled if temps exceed 95F or dip below 20F or under a severe weather warning issued by the NWS for the farm's area. Please dress accordingly

Dress Code and Guidelines

What should I wear to the farm?

Wear clothes suitable for getting dirty. Jeans and T-shirts are recommended. 

Footwear: Only closed-toe shoes are allowed. Sandals and flip-flops are strictly prohibited. Waterproof footwear is strongly encouraged.

Tie up long hair to deter goats' curiosity. Avoid wearing dangling jewelry, hoops or stud earrings, and handbags.

Failure to Follow Dress code: You may be refused entry without refund.

Supervision

At least one adult is mandatory for guests under 18

Parent responsibility

Children under age 2 and under should be closely supervised due to the lively nature of goats Farm staff may ask parents with infants and children under 1 year old to remain outside the goat areas for safety reasons if they deem the situation unsafe. Please ensure children behave appropriately. Farm staff reserve the right to ask poorly behaved children (running, chasing goats) to remain outside of the goat interaction area.

Carriers & Strollers

Are prohibited in goat interaction areas as goats tend to jump on them.

Guest Responsibility

Guest Responsibility

Mucous, saliva, or manure from other animals on clothes or shoes can remain infectious for 60 days or more on clothing and shoes posing a risk to other animals.

If you've visited other animal facilities within the last 60 days, please ensure clothing worn during those visits is cleaned before coming to our farm. Be conscious of clothing items such as jackets, sweatshirts, and outerwear which do not get washed often. For further knowledge, guests are encouraged to research diseases like caseous lymphadenitis, caprine arthritis encephalitis, and Johne's Disease.

Biosecurity & health of our goats

We prioritize the health and safety of our beloved goats, considering them part of our family, and we kindly request that you do the same. If you have visited other animal facilities in the last 60 days, please make sure to clean the clothing worn during those visits before coming to our farm. Pay special attention to items like jackets, sweatshirts, and outerwear, as they may not be washed frequently. We also encourage guests to research diseases such as caseous lymphadenitis, caprine arthritis encephalitis, and Johne's Disease for further understanding.

Potential Risks

Various fatal, incurable diseases can be transmitted to goats from different animal facilities. Some affect goats in a similar way to the AIDS virus in humans. They are life long.

Restrooms

Port - a - John restrooms will be available on site for your convenience.

Smoking & Alcohol

Our farm is a family-friendly, smoke-free, and alcohol-free venue. Offenders will be requested to leave.

Wheelchairs

The farm is wheelchair-friendly, but manual wheelchairs are recommended.

Can I bring my dog?

No. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted at the farm.
