Terms,Conditions and Policies for orders

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Because our products are handmade, personal-use items and produced in small batches, we are unable to accept returns for any reason other than a verified issue with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be accommodated.

To report an issue, please email info@thebubblygoat.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion. This may include a replacement, a refund, or no resolution if the claim does not meet our criteria.

If a return is required, return shipping will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Schedule & Processing Time

We ship orders once per week, typically on Mondays or Tuesdays. Processing time is typically 3 business days.

Orders placed on or after Monday may not ship until the following Monday.

Please note that processing time is not the same as transit time. Once your package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is determined entirely by the shipping provider (usually USPS).

Carrier Responsibility & Delivery Issues

We typically ship via USPS. Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, or appears to have been misdelivered, you must contact us within 3 days of the delivery notice so we can assist with next steps.

Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for review or resolution.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If there are discrepancies between the address provided at checkout and what is listed in the USPS system, your order will be held until we can verify the address with you.

If an order is delayed or returned due to:

  • An incorrect address

  • An incorrect ZIP code

  • Incomplete delivery information

Your order will ship again during the next scheduled shipping cycle once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments caused by address errors.

Packaging & Product Variations

We are continually evolving our packaging to create a more cohesive and elevated brand experience. As a result:

  • Packaging appearance may vary without notice

  • Product labels and scent names may change without notice

  • Branding updates may occur without notice

These changes do not affect the quality, formulation, or quantity of the product and do not qualify as a defect or reason for return.

Because our products are handmade, natural variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur and are normal.

Ingredients & Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
