This absolute beginner cheese making class is a hands-on introduction to making fresh, homemade cheeses. You’ll learn the basics step by step, taste your way through the process, and leave with recipes and practical knowledge you can use in your own kitchen. No prior experience is needed — this class is designed to be approachable, informative, and fun.

Our beginner sourdough bread class covers everything you need to start baking sourdough at home with confidence. You’ll learn how sourdough works, how to care for a starter, and the fundamentals of mixing, shaping, and baking bread. Each participant leaves with a sourdough starter, recipes, and the knowledge to keep it alive and bake bread at home.
